· Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads and appointment setting for external sales team
· Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team and Indecomm leadership to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
· Initiate lead/demand generation strategies that include outbound sales
· Participate and learn new business pitches with sales team and subject matter experts
· Effectively communicate and present the Indecomm SaaS solutions and value proposition to prospects
· Track weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports
· Develop and maintaining strong lead pipelines
· Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently
· Achieve sales lead gen and appointment quotas
· Staying educated on the new mortgage regulations, our product changes (features), innovations, and trends.
· Ability to mine, build, maintain and update calling/e-mailing databases in a CRM/Excel
