Position: Sr. Executive/Team Lead Sales (Financial/Mortgage Loan)

Scope of Job: Financial/Mortgage Loan Sales (Types - PL, BL, HL, LTP, LAP)

Location: Pune, Kalyani Nagar

CTC range: to yearly

Experience: 1 to 5 years in Loan selling. Team handling preferred.

Education: Graduate/PG of any stream

Skill required:

2. Experience in Loans/Insurance sales & Negotiation

4. Work on Targets

Responsibilities:

1. Selling Loans (PL, BL, HL, LTP, LAP).

2. Meet customers on Civil/Construction site locations and pitch our loan product offerings to them

3. Conduct marketing, sales & brand building activity to attract new customers.

4. Sanction & disbursement of files per month as per the targets assigned

5. Carry out the pre and post-loan activities related to the loans

6. Acquisition of new clients and maintenance of renewal clients, financial analysis,

initial risk assessment, presenting the loan applications to the Sanctioning team,

portfolio administration, prioritizing the repayment of loans to preserve the portfolio quality.

7. Getting legal, credit, and technical documents completed for the loan proposal and resolve customer's queries.

8. Inform potential clients about the requirements, T&C of the home loan product, the procedures to obtain a loan, the importance of the payments on time, the penalties system in case of not paying on time, insurance, etc.

9. Driving cross-sell products and ensure internal & external customer satisfaction.
