Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our growing team. As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading and motivating a high-performing team, ensuring operational efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales and client services teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

- Identify training needs and facilitate skill development programs for team members.

- Generate and analyze performance reports, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
