we are seeking a dynamic and experienced team leader to join our growing team. as a team leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading and motivating a high-performing team, ensuring operational efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

key responsibilities:

- collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance overall efficiency.

- set clear performance expectations and kpis for team members.

- regularly assess team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.

- collaborate with the sales and client services teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

- identify training needs and facilitate skill development programs for team members.

- generate and analyze performance reports, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
