JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

 Training new sales team members, assigning specific tasks to other sales team members and monitoring the team's sales performance.

 Solving customer complaints and answering customers' questions.

 Writing reports. (giving daily, weekly and monthly reports to Team Head about sales revenue, team performance, future plans & improvement areas).

 Assisting team members with the selling of our products and services which will maximize the sales revenue.

 Maintaining positive & healthy customer relations.
