• develop, plan, implement and manage all sales activities like hunting & farming modes to ensure revenue & meet sales objectives for the zone/territory in line with clients.
• drive gross & net additions, quality sales metrics, base management & compliance to regulatory norms in terms of customer acquisitions
• manage the portfolio of high rental plans and other products like mobility solutions etc.
• provide regular assessment, training & innovate ideas to upgrade sales competence in the zone and mentor the sales team
• ensure proper planning, tracking and reviews to ensure revenue earning customers induced to the system
• induce efficient sales team with proper hiring process and ensure better productivities from all team members.
