Job Title: Tally Operator / Computer Operator / Accountant

VJ Enterprises is looking for a responsible, experienced, and detail-oriented candidate to join our team in Indore. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accounting records, handling day-to-day computer operations, preparing business documents, and providing administrative support for smooth business operations.

Salary: As per candidate's qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting records and entries in Tally.

Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, and other accounting documents.

Prepare quotations and Proforma Invoices (PI).

Maintain customer, supplier, and stock records.

Verify accounting entries and ensure data accuracy.

Handle sales and purchase documentation.

Maintain proper filing and records of business documents.

Perform routine computer operations and other office-related tasks.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.

Good knowledge of Tally and basic accounting.

Experience in preparing quotations, invoices, and Proforma Invoices.

Good knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.

Good organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple tasks responsibly.
