- 5-7 years of experience as an hr recruiter, specializing in it and non-it hiring.
- proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing techniques.
- familiarity with referral programs for leveraging employee networks.
- excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- strong interpersonal skills for effective candidate and stakeholder interaction.
- detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying qualified candidates.
- effective decision-making skills for informed hiring choices.
responsibilities:
- design and update job descriptions, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- source potential candidates from online channels to build a strong talent pool.
- craft compelling recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
- screen resumes and applications, identifying qualified candidates for evaluation.
- conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidates' skills and suitability.
- manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including tests, shortlisting, and job offers.
