**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Candidate Sourcing:** Actively search for potential candidates through various platforms, such as job portals and social media, to build a strong talent pool.

- **Resume Screening:** Review and shortlist resumes based on job requirements to ensure candidates have the necessary qualifications and skills.

- **Interview Coordination:** Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional process.

- **Communication:** Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed about their application status and provide a positive experience.

- **Collaboration with Hiring Managers:** Work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- A high school diploma is required; additional qualifications in Human Resources or related fields are a plus.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with candidates and team members.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with recruitment software is beneficial.

- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn about the recruitment process and best practices.
