we are looking for a talent acquisition specialist to lead our recruitment efforts and attract
top talent for a fast-growing, technology-driven company. this is a hands-on, strategic role
requiring experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, onboarding, and hr
coordination.
key responsibilities
● manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, including
uav pilots, gis specialists, survey engineers, field staff, and corporate roles.
● source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, social media, employee
referrals, networking, and talent agencies.
● partner with department heads to understand hiring needs, define job descriptions,
and establish selection criteria.
● screen, interview, and assess candidates for suitability, ensuring alignment with
company culture and role requirements.
● maintain hr records, applicant tracking, and recruitment dashboards
qualifications & skills
● bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
● minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in technology,
engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
● strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and talent sourcing
strategies.
● familiarity with ats systems, job portals, linkedin recruiter, and recruitment
analytics.
● excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
● ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple recruitment drives
simultaneously.
preferred attributes
● prior experience recruiting for technical roles such as gis specialists, survey
engineers, uav pilots, or project managers.

onsite
working days: monday to saturday
working hours: 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
