We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist IT to join our
Chennai team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment,
strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to source high-quality candidates across
various technology domains.
This role requires expertise in sourcing strategies, screening techniques, and closing positions
within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Understand technical job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and references
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screening calls
Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders
Negotiate salary, roll out offers, and ensure smooth candidate onboarding
Maintain recruitment trackers and update hiring reports regularly
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Skills & Competencies
2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
Strong understanding of technical roles (Developers, Cloud, Database, DevOps, etc.)
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
Good knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting

Knowledge of compliance, documentation, and HR process standardization
Exposure to audit processes and internal HR controls
