Required Skills and Expectations:

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in talent acquisition with 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and colleagues. A proactive approach, coupled with problem-solving abilities, is essential.
