We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on strategies to attract and retain top talent.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Develop Recruitment Strategies:** Design and implement effective strategies to attract skilled candidates. This involves understanding the market and identifying the best sourcing channels.
- **Manage the Hiring Process:** Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and selecting candidates. Ensure that the process is smooth and efficient.
- **Build Relationships:** Establish strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and to provide them with expert recruitment advice and support.
- **Screen and Interview Candidates:** Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit. This helps in selecting the right individuals for the company.
- **Employer Branding:** Promote the company's brand in the job market. This includes improving the candidate experience and showcasing the positive aspects of working within the organization.
- **Metrics and Reporting:** Track recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies. Use data to make informed decisions and improve processes.
The successful candidate should possess an MBA or PGDM, demonstrate strong communication skills, and have a proven track record in talent acquisition. We expect you to be results-driven, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. A deep understanding of the recruitment landscape and candidate sourcing techniques will be essential.
