- **Metrics and Reporting:** Track recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies. Use data to make informed decisions and improve processes.

The successful candidate should possess an MBA or PGDM, demonstrate strong communication skills, and have a proven track record in talent acquisition. We expect you to be results-driven, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
