About the Role:

Talent Zone Consultant is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead / Manager to drive end-to-end recruitment and build strong talent pipelines across business and technology functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.

Manage leadership and critical technology hiring across multiple functions.

Develop workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.

Partner with business stakeholders and hiring managers to understand talent requirements.

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and recruitment networks.

Drive employer branding and improve candidate experience.

Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes.
