Position: Talent Acquisition Executive/ Recruiter

Location: Greater Noida, UP

Experience: At least 1 year of in recruitment with some reputed recruitment consultant.

*Must have own laptop and smart phone*

 End to end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, scoping and on boarding candidates.

 Sourcing of candidates via internet postings, networking, headhunting and internal Database

 Effectively using personal network, built up database, digital platforms and referrals for reaching

passive prospective candidates

 Conducting preliminary Interviews, telephonic Interviews and short listing candidates

 Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates

 Continuous efforts to ensure the talent pool data is updated timely

 Effectively built relationship with Employees.

 Must be enthusiastic and initiator
