KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition:

 Sourcing and Attracting Talent:

 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.

 Utilize various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking, to source qualified

candidates.

 Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

 Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's image.

 Managing the Recruitment Lifecycle:

 Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations.

 Oversee the full recruitment process, from initial contact to on boarding.

 Negotiate job offers and ensure compliance with hiring regulations.

 Administrative Support:

 Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and update candidate information.

 Manage interview schedules, coordinate candidate communications, and track hiring metrics.

 Prepare and distribute job descriptions, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

 Other Responsibilities:

 Attend job fairs and career events.

 Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

 Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement.

Factory Administration:

 Responsible for general HR and administration of the entire Plant.

 To oversee all administrative tasks for the factory.

 To keep a track of proper utilities bill payment. To manage the petty cash expenses with the rolling advance

record.

 To Ensure the discipline with the help of Security on the shop floor and factory premises. To ensure

Environment, Health and Safety on shop floor

 To monitor the implementation of HR policies and procedures followed by managers and staff.
