• Desktop/application installation, configuration, administration and trouble-shooting skills for Intel PC hardware, Microsoft Win 7/10 and Application software (including MS Outlook).
• Knowledge of VPN, Peripheral devices, Wireless/PDA devices and Network equipment like Ethernet cables and switches
• Good understanding of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and networking concepts.
• Ability to multitask, handle tickets, chats & calls.
• Experience in remote technical support via telephone in a service/call center environment.
• Configuring and troubleshooting of LAN
• Maintain the LAN running with Automation system.
• Manage various Site constructions, Installation setups for networking
• Managing / Installation of CCTV, PBX, Automation systems at Owned/advised sites of working
• Preliminary and advance Setup of Networks and interconnection of offices/setups
• IO Punching, IO Crimping, Switches, Patch Panels, Router, Rack setup
• Managing Switches (Managed/ POE), Routers, Firewalls
• Managing /configuring VOIP (Avaya) system
• Managing VPS / 3rd party servers and services for integration purpose.
• Able to manage domains, subscriptions etc.
