The primary role is to oversee and maintain all aspects of a company's IT infrastructure.Duties and Responsibilities:Desktop Support: Installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT equipment including Desktops, Laptops, Printers, etc. Installation and configuration of Operating Systems. OS hardening. Implementing software upgrades, updates, patches, etc. Performing technical analysis of new requirements and coordinating with related vendors for the availability of equipment.Application Support: Providing support pertaining to application software.
