We are looking for a Support Team Lead to oversee our customer support team in Kapurbawdi, Thane. In this role, you will ensure that our customers receive excellent assistance while leading a team of support staff.
As the Support Team Lead, you will manage daily operations, ensuring that all inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively. You will train and mentor team members, helping them develop their skills to enhance customer service. Monitoring team performance and providing constructive feedback will be key to maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the support team: Guide team members in their daily tasks and provide support to ensure they meet performance targets.
- Customer issue resolution: Address complicated customer inquiries, ensuring timely solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Training and development: Organize training sessions to help team members improve their skills and knowledge in customer support best practices.

We expect candidates to have strong communication and problem-solving skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work well in a team. A graduate degree is required, and candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience in a support role will be considered. Initiative and leadership qualities are essential for success in this position.
