As an STP Operator, you will play a crucial role in managing the Sewage Treatment Plant operations. Your work will ensure the effective treatment of waste water, contributing to a cleaner environment.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Monitor the Treatment Process:** Regularly observe the sewage treatment process to ensure it operates smoothly and meets quality standards.- **Control Operations:** Operate and control machinery used in the treatment of sewage, ensuring all equipment runs efficiently.- **Conduct Routine Maintenance:** Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns and maintain optimal performance.- **Record Data:** Keep detailed records of water quality tests and operational data, helping track performance and identify areas for improvement.- **Follow Safety Procedures:** Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- **Technical Knowledge:** You should have a strong understanding of sewage treatment processes and related equipment, which can be gained from your I.T.I. education.- **Attention to Detail:** You must be able to observe subtle changes in operations and data, helping to troubleshoot potential issues.- **Problem-Solving Skills:** Ability to identify problems quickly and develop effective solutions to maintain operational efficiency.- **Teamwork:** You will need to work well with other team members, communicating effectively to ensure the plant runs smoothly.- **Physical Stamina:** The role requires some physical labor, so a good level of fitness and the ability to work in various conditions is important.

An MEE (Multiple Effect Evaporator) operator manages, monitors, and maintains systems that concentrate liquids and recover solvents, primarily used in industrial wastewater treatment and desalination. They ensure the machinery operates within safety and environmental guidelines (CPCB/GPCB), troubleshoot equipment, and often work with RO or ETP systems

Independently carry out the erection, commissioning and servicing of water treatment plants, UF Modules, RO plants, DM Plants and sewage treatment plants.ONLY CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE IN WATER AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT INDUSTRY NEED TO APPLY. Should be living in Chennai and should own a two-wheelerKey responsibilitiesConduct pre-order / pre-installation visits to evaluate site conditions for the proper installation of the water treatment plants and sewage treatment plantsCarry out on-site erection and commissioning of the WTP, RO and STP.Give training to customers on the proper operation and maintenance activitiesComplete mandatory service visits and attend to the service requests from customers on a timely basisRequired Experience, Skills and QualificationsEducation : Graduates Diploma-ITI HoldersExperience: 2-5 years in Erection, Commissioning and Servicing of water treatment plants, UF Modules, RO plants, DM Plants and sewage treatment plantsMust possess a valid two-wheeler driving license with a good driving record.Physical fitness to work in challenging site conditionsWillingness to work in flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
