Hiring Fresher / Store Supervisor / 10th Pass

We are looking for a Store Supervisor to manage daily operations in our Mumbai store. This full-time position requires you to oversee staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Staff Management:** Supervise and support store staff to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment. Training new employees and motivating the team are essential parts of this task.

- **Customer Service:** Provide excellent service to customers by addressing their needs and resolving any issues. Your role is to create a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat business.

To succeed in this role, candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a basic understanding of retail operations, and the ability to lead a team. A willingness to learn and adapt is essential, along with a positive attitude and good problem-solving abilities. Experience in retail is preferred but not mandatory, and candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade.
