As part of our growing operations, we are hiring Store Managers to strengthen our maintenance supply chain and ensure efficient spare parts management.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a disciplined and accountable Store Manager to manage the parts and inventory at our key bus depots. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing stock levels, issuing parts to the maintenance team, ensuring returns of used/defective parts, and maintaining accurate records in our Focus ERP system.
This role demands high attention to detail, familiarity with bus components, and efficient coordination with the engineering and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
Maintain optimum stock levels of spares, lubricants, and consumables for bus maintenance
Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
Monitor reorder levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment
Parts Issuance & Returns
Issue parts as per approved job cards raised by the maintenance team
Track usage and ensure proper documentation of part movement in Focus software
Ensure timely return of replaced/used parts and record them appropriately (., for refurbishment or scrap)
Documentation & System Updates
Maintain daily records of goods received, issued, and returned
Ensure 100% data accuracy in Focus ERP
Support compliance for internal audits and regulatory inspections
Coordination & Communication
Liaise with workshop technicians and engineers to understand part requirements
Coordinate with HO procurement or local vendors for part availability and urgent needs
Train and supervise store helpers or junior staff as needed

Requirements:
Experience: 36 years in store/inventory management, preferably in transport, auto service, or logistics sector
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Mechanical, Automobile, or Logistics preferred)
Tools: Prior experience with ERP systems (Focus ERP preferred), Excel
Skills:
o Familiarity with auto/bus parts
o Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
o Reliability, accountability, and ability to work with minimal supervision
o Basic spoken communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu/Kannada (depending on location)

Prior experience working with fleet operators, automobile service centers, or transport companies
Working knowledge of spare part nomenclature, stock aging, and warranty handling
