Store Manager - Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee our retail operations in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of experience in store management and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. This full-time position requires a male candidate who will work from the office daily.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Store Operations Management:** Ensure smooth daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining store standards.

- **Team Leadership:** Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment to enhance team performance.

- **Customer Engagement:** Build strong customer relationships by providing outstanding service and addressing any concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

- **Sales and Revenue Growth:** Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet store targets through promotions and exceptional customer service.

- **Inventory Control:** Monitor stock levels and make orders to maintain proper inventory, minimizing shrinkage and ensuring product availability.

- **Visual Merchandising:** Ensure that store displays are attractive and aligned with company guidelines to enhance the shopping experience.
