we are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented store incharge to oversee daily operations and support our retail goals. the ideal candidate will be a strong leader, capable of managing staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

store incharge responsibilities and duties

�� supervise and coordinate store staff and their tasks

�� monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment

�� maintain cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards

�� track sales targets and help meet store goals

�� handle customer queries, complaints, and returns

�� prepare and review sales and inventory reports

�� ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines

�� assist in staff training and performance evaluations
