About the RoleWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented store incharge to oversee daily operations and support our retail goals. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, capable of managing staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Store Incharge Responsibilities and Duties Supervise and coordinate store staff and their tasks Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment Maintain cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards Track sales targets and help meet store goals Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns Prepare and review sales and inventory reports Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines Assist in staff training and performance evaluations Collaborate with vendors and suppliers as neededStore Incharge Qualifications and Skills Strong leadership and team supervision skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Basic knowledge of inventory and POS systems Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly Customer-oriented attitudeEducation and Experience Requirements High school ITI, diploma or equivalent 0 - 4 years of experience in retail or warehouse operations Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferredInterested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a brief cover letter outlining their experience.
