STORE EXECUTIVE

Designation: Store Executive

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 1-3 Years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage daily store operations and maintain inventory records.

2. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices.

3. Maintain proper stock of transformer materials, electrical components, raw materials, and spare parts.

4. Issue materials to the production department as per authorized material requisitions.

5. Maintain inward and outward registers and update stock entries in Excel.

6. Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

7. Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments regarding material availability.

8. Ensure proper storage, identification, and arrangement of materials.

9. Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the concerned department about material shortages.

10. Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issue slips, and other store-related documents.

11. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper utilization of store space.

Required Qualifications

• ITI, Diploma, or Graduate in any relevant field.

• 1-3 years of experience in store or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or transformer company.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.

• Knowledge of stock registers, material inward/outward, and GRN.

• Good communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate with experience handling electrical materials, copper, aluminium, CRGO steel, transformer accessories, and other manufacturing materials will be preferred.
