Station Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Petrol Station Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our fuel station. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, manage staff, maintain customer satisfaction, and comply with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily activities at the petrol station, including fueling operations, customer service, and maintenance.

Train, manage, and motivate staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental policies, and company standards.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Monitor fuel inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station, including forecourt, convenience store, and restrooms.

Prepare daily reports on sales, inventory, and operational issues.

Implement promotional strategies to increase sales and customer traffic
