Hiring SR. Accountant For Nashik

Key Responsibilities

Month-End & Year-End Close: Lead and execute the full month-end close cycle, including preparing and reviewing journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and complex balance sheet reconciliations.

Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) in compliance with GAAP or IFRS, and analyze budget-to-actual variances.

Audit & Tax Compliance: Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax preparers, and financial institutions; prepare audit schedules, tax workpapers, and compliance filings.

Internal Controls & Process Improvement: Evaluate and strengthen internal accounting controls, workflows, and procedures to enhance financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, review the work of, and mentor junior accountants and bookkeeping staff, providing training and professional support.

Cross-Functional & Ad-Hoc Support: Collaborate with finance leadership, department heads, and operations teams on budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial projects.
