SR. ENGINEER (8-10 Years)

Key Responsibilities

Engineering & Technical Operations

Plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects from inception to completion.

Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams and production personnel.

Analyze operational challenges and implement effective engineering solutions.

Prepare technical specifications, drawings, reports, and documentation.

Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Participate in new product development, process improvements, and cost-reduction initiatives.

Project Management

Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and contractors for project execution.

Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timelines.

Track project progress and prepare periodic status reports.

Evaluate technical proposals and recommend suitable solutions.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure compliance with quality standards, engineering regulations, and company policies.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Support audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.

Promote workplace safety and adherence to HSE guidelines.

Team Leadership

Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff.

Support training and skill development initiatives.

Foster collaboration across engineering, production, quality, and maintenance teams.
