senior recruitment executive – internal hiring
qualification: mba in hr/graduate
location: malad (west), mumbai
experience: 3 + years
industry: staffing / recruitment agencies (recruitment background preferred)
attributes: - must have business acumen
soft skills requirement: -
• good verbal and written communication skills.
• an effective coordinator as the role demands working continuously with various groups (such close interactions with clients, business associates, colleges, technical institutions, internal teams.)
• knowledge of excel for mis reporting.
• negotiation skills.
• attention to details.
• analytical ability /set priorities

• understand the requirements from the hiring manager once the requirement is raised & approved
• to source from various channels of sourcing available (naukri, monster, linkedin, shine etc)
• to ensure the ideal source mix is maintained to be cost effective
• to be innovative & think out of the box to source & attract talent
• to have in depth understanding of the company & its policies to pitch correctly to the candidates
• to conduct interviews, administer tests, roll out offer etc. (end to end recruitment activity)
• coordinate with hr ops team for joining formalities of new candidates & schedule the induction program

• experience of handling pan india requirements
• strong networking online/offline to leverage sourcing
• innovative & out of the box thinker to source in a cost-effective manner
• good at handling multiple open positions & prioritizing the work accordingly
• excellent negotiation/convincing skills
• excellent communication skills
• detail oriented, preferably with good excel & powerpoint knowledge

• experience of working with staffing / consulting highly preferred
