• Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with
them manage employees grievances
• End to end recruitment with implementation of effective sourcing, screening and
interviewing techniques.
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all
employees
• Implement performance review procedures (. quarterly/annual and 360
evaluations)
• Good knowledge of statutory compliance (particularly employment contracts,
employee leaves and insurance)
• Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Generalist or similar role.
• Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking
Systems
• Excellent communication skills.
