Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply withthem manage employees grievances End to end recruitment with implementation of effective sourcing, screening andinterviewing techniques. Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for allemployees Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360evaluations) Good knowledge of statutory compliance (particularly employment contracts,employee leaves and insurance) Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Generalist or similar role. Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant TrackingSystems Excellent communication skills.
