• responsible for installation and maintenance of glass encapsulation line

• responsible for planning of a lean and optimized production concept for all customers

• preparation of technical concept including invest, cost, mtm planning, value stream mapping and emergency concept.

• preparation of optimized layout for assembly line for lean lo concept.

• preparation of the concept decision documents for concept release.

• responsible to make the pfmea and specification for assembly line.

• ensuring and checking the supplier quotes are according to specification and technical aspects

• planning and preparation of a sub time plan for machine manufacturer.

• responsible to carry out the initial discussion with specification, dap, and technical agreement with release suppliers.

• managing and assisting the equipment manufacturing according to timeline with machine manufacturer.

• ensuring all technical aspect fulfilled in assembly line according to pfmea and specification during dap, delivery release and final acceptance of equipment.

• carrying out internal ran at rate, customer run at rate, ppap to demonstrate the line capacity and support to plant team during sop and ramp-up.

• responsible to make the customer capacity sheets.

• maintaining the bill of material, rate routing into sap and maintaining change management through into plant.

• responsible to create line documentation for work instruction, process parameters, poka-yoke preparation for product line.

• responsible to carry out process capability of processes of new assembly line

• designing and implementation of the storage system & material handling system for raw material, line storage & fg storage by considering the two- bin, kanban, jit, ergonomics system.
