SR. Design Engineer (Plumbing)

Responsible for plumbing system design for commercial, Hospitality, Residential and Industrial building including establishing design criteria, interfacing with clients, Architects, Structural Engineers and other consultants.

Responsibilities:

Responsible plumbing design calculations, drawings specification and tender documents.

Participation in the progress and co-ordination meetings and maintaining meeting records.

Preparing of quantity estimates.

Ensuring compliance to all local regulations.

Preparing technical proposal and reports.

Minimum requirements:

3-4 years work experience in pluming design.

Should be well conversant with AutoCAD, Word, Excel.

Experience in fire fighting design is an added advantage.

Time management & people management skills.

Qualification :

Degree or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering with 3-4 years of experience in plumbing design.

Must have experience with AutoCAD, Word, Excel
