Responsible for plumbing system design for commercial, Hospitality, Residential and Industrial building including establishing design criteria, interfacing with clients, Architects, Structural Engineers and other consultants.Responsibilities:Responsible plumbing design calculations, drawings specification and tender documents.Participation in the progress and co-ordination meetings and maintaining meeting records.Preparing of quantity estimates.Ensuring compliance to all local regulations.Preparing technical proposal and reports.Minimum requirements:3-4 years work experience in pluming design.Should be well conversant with AutoCAD, Word, Excel.Experience in fire fighting design is an added advantage.Time management & people management skills.Qualification :Degree or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering with 3-4 years of experience in plumbing design.Must have experience with AutoCAD, Word, Excel
