identify and fix problems like signal loss, breaks, or damage.

install new fiber optic cables in underground, aerial, or building setups.

connect new cables to existing networks.

keep detailed records of splice locations, test results, and project updates.

update cable diagrams and documents for 96-core fiber projects.

quickly respond to and repair network outages or fiber breaks.

work closely with engineers, managers, and other technicians to complete tasks.

basic reporting and communication skills for client interaction.

work well with a team.
