We are looking for a detail-oriented female candidate for the role of Spare Part Monitoring. This part-time position allows you to work from home while ensuring our spare parts inventory is accurately tracked and managed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management: Regularly check and update spare part stock levels in the system to ensure accuracy and availability.

2. Order Processing: Assist in placing orders for spare parts when stock levels are low, ensuring prompt replenishment.

3. Data Entry: Accurately enter data related to spare parts, including descriptions, quantities, and locations, into the inventory system.

4. Reporting: Generate reports on inventory status, shortages, and trends, and share them with the team for review.

5. Communication: Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to address any queries or issues related to spare part orders or inventory.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should be detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Good basic computer skills, particularly in using spreadsheets and inventory management software, are essential. Strong communication skills are required for effective collaboration with suppliers and team members. Candidates should be reliable, motivated, and eager to learn, even if they are freshers. Punctuality and accountability in handling tasks are critical for success in this role. A 10th-grade education is necessary, and the ability to work independently in a home environment is essential.
