We are looking for an experienced Spare Part Manager to oversee our spare parts operations in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience and a graduate degree, bringing strong leadership skills to manage a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management: You will be responsible for maintaining stock levels of spare parts, ensuring availability while minimizing excess inventory.
2. Supplier Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate pricing, manage orders, and ensure timely delivery of parts.
3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing training and support to ensure efficient operations.
4. Quality Control: Monitor the quality of incoming and outgoing spare parts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
5. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on inventory status, sales performance, and departmental efficiencies to management.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with suppliers and team members. You should be adept in using inventory management software and have a solid understanding of spare parts and their applications.
