We are looking for an experienced South Indian Cook to join our team located on Sikandra Bodla Road. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience in preparing authentic South Indian cuisine and must have completed at least the 10th grade. This is a full-time position, and we prefer male candidates.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Prepare Traditional Dishes:** Cook a variety of South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, sambar, and rasam while ensuring each dish meets high taste and quality standards.
- **Ingredient Management:** Select fresh ingredients and spices essential for authentic recipes, maintaining inventory to ensure necessary items are always available.
- **Maintain Cleanliness:** Keep the kitchen clean and organized according to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe cooking environment.
- **Menu Development:** Assist in creating and modifying the menu based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences, enhancing the culinary offerings.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with kitchen staff and management, contributing ideas and feedback for improving service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
