Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present authentic South Indian breakfast, lunch, and dinner items.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
Plan daily mise-en-place and maintain smooth kitchen operations.
Monitor inventory, minimize wastage, and maintain stock levels.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area.
Follow standard recipes, SOPs, and portion control.
Coordinate with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef for menu planning and special events.
Support banquet and outdoor catering operations whenever required.
Minimum 25years as CUMMI I/ DCDP in South Indian cuisine.
Experience in high-volume breakfast operations is preferred.
