Job role and responsibilities:

• Starting business in a new village

• Identify village & study feasibility

• Sourcing of Business

• Identify and visit female customers to generate lead

• Assist in forming JLG (Group purpose of availing loan on individual basis against guarantee)

• Explain important terms & conditions to customers in local language.

• Process eligible application.

• Verify residence, source of insurance & KYC of customer.

Disbursement of loan

• Assist branch manager in disburshment completion

• Complete loan documentation

Collection of EMI

• Collect EMI from group of customers assigned

• Same day deposition of collection of monein bank

• Same day collection entry in LTS collection App
