as manager - sourcing, you will be responsible for the distribution of projects to channel partners (cp) and sourcing of potential clients for the projects.

what you will do:

- identify cp and promote products to them

- maintain mis and monitor walk-ins and deals from cps

- take update from cps on products and offerings

- ensure office branding

- explore new avenues of cps and broaden market

- conduct cp meets on sites during launches and during sustenance

- train cp on product details

- capture weekend walk-in data

what you need to succeed in this role:

- post-graduation (mba preferred)

- proven work experience of 4-5 years in real estate or b2b

- great people and sourcing skills
