Job Description

- develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets: the solution sales manager will be responsible for creating detailed sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.

- identify and target potential clients and markets: the incumbent will conduct market research to identify potential clients and markets for the company's solutions and services.

- build and maintain strong client relationships: the solution sales manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with customized solutions to meet their requirements.

- collaborate with the sales team to close deals: the incumbent will work collaboratively with the sales team to pitch solutions to clients, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.

- stay updated on industry trends and competitors: the solution sales manager will keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

required skills and expectations:

- minimum 4 years of experience in b2c sales, solution sales, or related fields.

- strong background in information technology, telecom sales, and sales business development.

- excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team.
