Solar Sales Manager - We are looking for a dynamic Solar Sales Manager to drive business growth by promoting solar solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. The role involves project sales, market development, and promoting solar solutions under government schemes while building strong client relationships in assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive solar project sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Promote solar solutions under government schemes such as PM Surya Ghar and other renewable initiatives.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and deliver technical-commercial presentations.
Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth project execution.
Develop and manage dealer/distributor network in assigned regions.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide sales reports.
Support tendering and institutional/project sales activities.
Candidate must have:
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 3+ years of experience in solar/renewable energy sales or project sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for business development.
Experience in government solar schemes and industrial sales will be an advantage.
