*Communication is not a barrier but candidate must be able to connect with student.

*Willing to teach candidates and help them with their technical and basic queries for growth.

*Need to engage in activities like MOCK-CALLS, Interview Preperation, PROJECT Review etc.

*Need to be interested in teaching field.

*Helping students in the practical execution of Testing concepts.

*Delivering a demo session to the students.

*Should be able to handle student queries.
