Any Diploma/Graduate/CA
Responsibilities and Duties:
Handle Client Request and Issues via chat
Application Monitoring and Reporting
Providing excellent customer service support to Global customers
Maintaining Daily Log for all the Actions performed
Adding case resolution to Knowledge Management System
Skills:
Strong communication in English and Kannada is a must
Customer service skills
Good Typing Speed is a must
Note:
No CAB FACILITY or PICK UP DROP FACILITY.
Preference given to those candidates who can join ASAP.
