client support via chat

experience level: 0 - 1+ years

working days - 5 days a week

probation period - first 7 days/first 30 days

rotational shifts - no fixed saturday / sunday off.

shift timing - (08:00-17:00 & 17:00 - 03:00)

package l per annum (including pf)

minimum commitment - 2 years

qualification required:

any diploma/graduate/ca

responsibilities and duties:

handle client request and issues via chat

application monitoring and reporting

providing excellent customer service support to global customers

maintaining daily log for all the actions performed

adding case resolution to knowledge management system

skills:

strong communication in english and kannada is a must

customer service skills

good typing speed is a must

note:

no cab facility or pick up drop facility.

preference given to those candidates who can join asap.
