Client Support via Chat

Experience Level: 0 - 1+ Years

Job Type: Permanent

Working Days - 5 Days a Week

Probation Period - first 7 Days/first 30 days

Rotational Shifts - No Fixed Saturday / Sunday off.

Shift Timing - (08:00-17:00 & 17:00 - 03:00)

Package L per Annum (Including PF)

Minimum Commitment - 2 Years

Qualification Required:

Any Diploma/Graduate/CA

Responsibilities and Duties:

Handle Client Request and Issues via chat

Application Monitoring and Reporting

Providing excellent customer service support to Global customers

Maintaining Daily Log for all the Actions performed

Adding case resolution to Knowledge Management System

Skills:

Strong communication in English and Kannada is a must

Customer service skills

Good Typing Speed is a must

Note:

No CAB FACILITY or PICK UP DROP FACILITY.

Preference given to those candidates who can join ASAP.
