Software Support Executive
Job Description:
1. To maintain Network(Hardware/Software) in good Condition
2. To maintain hardware in good condition/ and do periodic cleaning
3. To check system performance and maintain its health
4. To keep inventory record related to IT department
5. To install and upgrade hardware software.
6. Provide support to all Techence users related to IT for example- System/EPABX/Software/Network/VC/Projector etc.
7. To provide support to all department whenever required to do routine preventive maintenance
8. To take care of Server room and maintain all safe guard in server room as well as wherever required.
9. To maintain software license details
10. To ensure data secrecy and safety
11. To ensure proper disposal of e waste as per standard norms
12. Collect Quotation for any procurement in IT department and do comparison
13. Drop and Pickup maintenance material to vendor/service station
