Software Developer

Job Profile involves following Task or responsibility:

-Expertise in current computer hardware and software

-Ability to use one or more development language (C#.Net, SQL, , JQuery)

-Eye for detail and identifying problems

-An understanding of business

-Analytical and commercial experience

-Installation and support of the application

-Customer support to clients

-Telephonic, Remote and onsite support

-Troubleshoot technical issues

-Independently analyze/debug technical Errors raised by clients and fix defects quickly / provide the solution in consultation with the supervisor.

-When required, Prepare Data Patches independently or under guidance from Supervisor and execute/send them at Client site.

-Additional Responsibilities which may be given depending on business needs.

-Generate Status Report.

-Escalation point for production issues.

-Database Design and Development
