Job Profile involves following Task or responsibility:-Expertise in current computer hardware and software-Ability to use one or more development language (C#.Net, SQL, VB.Net, JQuery)-Eye for detail and identifying problems-An understanding of business-Analytical and commercial experience-Installation and support of the application-Customer support to clients-Telephonic, Remote and onsite support-Troubleshoot technical issues-Independently analyze/debug technical Errors raised by clients and fix defects quickly / provide the solution in consultation with the supervisor.-When required, Prepare Data Patches independently or under guidance from Supervisor and execute/send them at Client site.-Additional Responsibilities which may be given depending on business needs.-Generate Status Report.-Escalation point for production issues.-Database Design and Development-Good Communication Skills-Good team player
