Job Description:
We are hiring a Soft Services Female Trainer for one of our leading clients in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering training in hospitality and facility management services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom and on-the-job training (OJT) for soft services staff
Train staff on housekeeping, pantry, and room/restaurant service standards
Provide sessions on grooming, communication, hygiene, and safety
Ensure SOP compliance and workplace discipline
Prepare training materials and reports using MS Office / LMS tools
Travel to different client sites for training delivery
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
Graduate in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Facility Management or a related field
Experience:
03 years (Freshers with relevant internships or good communication skills are welcome)
Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):
Training of Trainers (TOT)
Train the Trainer or other training-related courses
Key Skills:
Good communication in English and Hindi
Basic knowledge of housekeeping and customer service
Presentable and confident personality
Knowledge of MS Office and LMS platforms
Passion for training and interacting with people
Who Can Apply?
Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in hospitality/facility roles

Should be comfortable with field visits and training sessions at different sites
