create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms (facebook, instagram, linkedin, twitter, etc.).

monitor, analyze, and report social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

manage online reputation management (orm) and create regular social listening reports.

collaborate with creative, design, and marketing teams to ensure campaign integration.

stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

support planning and implementation of integrated brand strategies to drive measurable business value.

ensure timely payment collection and support client servicing teams in maintaining financial liquidity.

contribute to cross-selling opportunities and business growth initiatives.

skills & requirement :

masters degree in communications / mms / mba preferred.
